14 months old!

Little man is 14 months old! It feels like he was just born! This past year has FLOWN by! We are currently listening to music and dancing so excuse the typos.. I'm sure there will be plenty!

14 month stats--
•30 1/2 Inches long
•21.05 lbs
•size 4 diapers
•wearing size 18 and 18-24 month clothes. Some 12-18 still fit!
•he LOVES being outdoors
•he walks all over the place
•he says momma dada bite bottle paci hi bye uh-oh (that's a favorite) ball yeah no occasionally
•he still only has 8 teeth 4 top and 4 bottom but he's cutting his molars now
•he loves music and dancing
•he likes to play basketball
•he LOVES animals
•he eats 3 meals a day and lots of snacks!
•he barks like a dog and quacks like a duck when asked when asked what a kitty makes he says "owwww" it's really cute. He just doesn't get the me part into meow haha!!
•we moved up to a big boy carseat! Yikes!!
•his favorite food is cheese. All types- plain or Mac and cheese or a grilled cheese. He just loves it.
•he plays peek a boo a lot!
•bath time is a favorite still
•he still uses a paci but has started buying holes in them so I'm not sure how long they will last
•size 4 shoe!!
•he sleeps through the night
•he's 30% in weight 40% in height and 60% in head circumference :)
•still has blonde hair and blue eyes! I swear his eyes get more blue each day!
•he typically only naps once a day for 2 1/2 to 3 hours
•he is registered for Mother's Day out starting in August!! (Bittersweet)
•he loves walks in his stroller
•there aren't many foods he won't eat so far mushrooms are the only thing we have found
•he LOVES ice cream.
•he really enjoys throwing things away. Toys, socks, pacis....... Everything.

3-2-13 13 Months Old-

Time is going by way. to. fast. I need my little baby who is only a month old back! LOL he is growing and changing and it is SO much fun but it is also a little bittersweet because it means he is no longer a "baby". I guess hes techinally not a baby, but to me he will ALWAYS be my baby. I can't help it.. He just will be. He is growing and changing SO much it amazes me each and every day. I cherish the good days and even the whiny days that exhaust me. They are all so stinking special!

-13 month Stats-

--He crawls ALL over the place. Seriously. EVERYWHERE!

--He says "bite, Bottle, paci, bye, hi, ball, bo, woof woof, Momma, dada"

--He points to things that he wants

--He can stand without help

--He LOVES bath time and really any type of water

--He enjoys being outside

--Starting to get tired of car rides

--He eats a ton! 3 meals a day, plus snacks!!

--We are down to 3 bottles a day.. WOAH

--He weighs around 22 lbs and somewhere around 27" long

--In size 4 diapers

--Wears 12-18 month clothes and size 3 or 4 shoes

--Balls are his favorite toy of all time! he Calls anything that is round a ball and wants it to play with!

--He has started playing with cars and trucks and makes a "vroom" noise while doing it. It is adorable.

--All animals are his friend. (at least he thinks so)

--He cruises on things like crazy. 

--He is offically sleeping through the night without a bottle! YAY!!

Thats all the main things I can think of. If anything else comes to me I will add it!!

This is as good as it's gonna get..... yikes lol

1st Birthday!

WOW! I am SOOO behind.. Oh well better late than never! :) Jett's first birthday was AMAZING! His true birthday 2-2-13 fell on a SATURDAY! What better day to celebrate?! We gave him a huge birthday party that was circus themed.. It was more for me than anyone I think. CAN YOU BELIEVE HE IS ONE!?!?!? IT was a blast, we had a clown named Flutter.. she was a little scary Haha. We also had pony (horse) rides! :O We ate cake and ice cream yummy food and just enjoyed the time with family and friends! Jett loved it. He wouldn't ride the horse unless cousin Olivia was on it with him. He did really well with flutter for a while then she started to creep him out and he didn't want to have anything to do with her after that! lol He liked his cake but didn't love it. By the time we got to cake and presents he was a little overwhelmed and wasn't so sure about it all. All in all his friends showed up and he played and really had an amazing birthday party!

11 Months Old

Wow.. Words don't describe how I feel right now. My baby is about to be a year old. There is no way this is true... I SERIOUSLY need this to all slow down. While I am LOVING all of Jett's new tricks.. I can't help but be a little sad he's becoming more independent and "grown up". Now on to the fun things!!

11 month stats--

He LOVES music and dancing. It's adorable
He started crawling last month around the 5th and from there pulling up and cruising came right after. :O
He bounces and is into EVERYTHING
He can officially climb stairs (scary right)
Jett loves fruit and veggies! Makes me proud!!
We are working on giving up bottles but no where close yet!
He still really loves his paci
Uh oh is his favorite word. Ever.
He finds all kind of reasons to use it....
He can say momma, dada, bo and shakes his head no. And knows what "clap" means
Bo is what he calls all dogs.
He weighs about 22 lbs
Wears size 4 diapers
LOVES bathtime.
Loves playing with all types of balls! He can say that too! Anything shaped like a ball he wants. Lights, doorknobs anything
Still not sleeping through the night.. :(

Wants all phones and play pretends to talk on them!

10 Months Old!

We are TWO months away from the big FIRST BIRTHDAY! This is CRAZY to me... I honestly don't know where all this time has gone. But on a real note, little man has changed more this month than any other I think! He is definitely moving and is a wild little boy! I am so excited for all the new things happening but at the same time I am sad that he is growing so fast and all those "baby" qualities are slowly disappearing. It is for sure a bittersweet time! Anywho.. on with the Stats!

10 Month Old Stats--

>Jett started CRAWLING! It is not crazy at the moment, he almost forgets he knows how and then remembers again every day. HA!
>He started pulling up a couple of days ago!
>He started sitting up on his own from his belly.. I know he should have been doing this a long time ago. BUT Jetton does things on his own time! :)
>He wears size 12-18 Month clothes
>He is in size 4 diapers still
>He eats 3 meals a day and has slowly stopped taking as many bottles
>He no longer fits in his swing :(
>He enjoys holding onto your fingers and walking
>Jett LOVES all toys now!
>Being outdoors is his FAVORITE
>Any dog he thinks should be his best friend! He has even started barking like the dogs...
>he "gives kisses" and makes a Mmmmm noise! << This will melt your heart
>Jett weighs 20.14 lbs.
>He says "uh-oh" "mama" "dada" and a million other baby words haha!
>Dancing is a fun thing to do- to any type of music! (Church Hymns, rap, country, commercial jingles...seriously any!)
>He takes a good morning nap every day! around 2-3 hours!! 
>Still not sleeping through the night. :( I am having a hard time doing the "cry it out" method.... it breaks my heart!
>Any type of water... Jett loves and thinks he should be IN IT! :O
>He is really into all the Christmas decor! Something that makes me EXCITED!
>Jetton also is liking sippy cups!! YAY!

This is all I can think of for now! Side note-- The new mini ipad commercial came on just now and Jett stopped what he was doing to look and dance.. GAH I LOVE this boy!!

9 Months Old!

Ok... I am LATE and I'm totally slacking on my blogging. But oh well. It's a sign I'm a good mom since I don't have much time to blog. :P anywho let's get on with the fun stuff!!

9 Month Stats--

•little man weighs 20 lbs! Crazy he's HUGE!!
•he wears size 4 diapers and 12-18 month clothes!
•he laughs and smiles all the time
•he can say mama and dada. It will melt your heart.
•he has started mimicking. It's adorable!
•he doesn't crawl but he will scoot around. Kind of...
•he "scooted" over to a plastic tub this past Saturday and actually pulled himself up to standing!! First time ever! And the only time so far...
•he claps and waves bye bye and also gives kisses ALL the time. :)
•he loves water. All kinds. Bath time is his favorite
•he enjoys his jumping toy and he also loves his swing still.
•he enjoys being outside doing anything..
•he is so easy to distract. You can give him anything and he's happy!
•he also has started eating real food and loves it!
•he still isn't sleeping through the night... :( we are working on that..

That is all I can think of for now! But I will do better and post more! Little man is napping... And the holiday season is here!! We are excited and can't wait to share all of the festivities!!

8 Months!

It's that time again.. Actually I am two days late. :( but better late than never! Jetton Hunter is 8. Months. Old. That is only 4 months away from 1 year.. And yes I have already started the planning process for his 1st birthday party! :) anywho.. On with the fun parts!

Stats--
-he is in size 4 diapers and wears 12 and some 12-18 month clothes!
-he has TWO teeth.. I think we are about to get another one as well
-he can sit up perfectly.
-rolls both ways!
-he manages to scoot... Not %100 sure how.. But he ends up across the room!
-he LOVES to play with toys.
-being outdoors is his favorite
-he has started waking up more at night.. :(
-he's eating like a big boy now! Solid foods!!!
-he can clap his hands! If you say patti cake or yay! You are guaranteed a clap!
-he has recently started waving bye bye
-he has started mimicking. :)
-he sleeps on his side/belly now.
-he is SO happy. If he's fussy it's because he's hungry or sleepy.
-bath time is the best! He also enjoys swimming!
-he has started standing with your help!
-he loves his jumper and he still LOVES his swing.
-he doesn't love the car as much as he use to.. He wants to see what's going on.
-he sits in high chairs now all the time!
-we still love the paci!

That is all I can think of for the time being.. I'll add more if I think of them!!

7 Months Old!

Let's all hit the pause button and slow down for a little while. I feel like I haven't even been able to breath. We have been way busy. Little man is growing like a weed!! :)


7 month stats

-he is in 6-12 and 9-12 month clothes!
-size 3 diapers
-he weighs 18.15 lbs.
-he officially just cut his first tooth
-he can sit up and roll over (the rolling doesn't happen often. He's "lazy")
-he loves his swing still!!
-he loves to jump in his jump up and his baby Einstein thing
-he loves his walker at Lolly and poppas
-he LOVES food. All types
-he is interested in anything Matthew and I have.
-phones are the best toys ever according to him
-he loves music and has started recently moving to it.
-he plays patti cake!!
-he's talking a lot more
-anything outside is just great
-he enjoys bath time way to much!
-be doesn't like laying down really any more
-the car isn't as fun as it use to be... He gets tired of it way to easy
-he can scoot. Not crawl or even roll to where he wants. He just scoots...
-toys are wonderful and he loves them even more if they make noise or
Light up.


That's about all I can come up with now but he has a cold and isn't feeling great so I'm going to go cuddle
And soak up this time with Him!! :) enjoy these pictures!

6 Months Old

wow.. I am SO behind! Let me just say we have been BUSY! Jetton is always awake and ready to play now! :) and I love EVER second of it!! It amazes me how much he has changed in the last couple of months.. I just need it to SLOW DOWN! Anyways  I'll get on to the fun stats of this month!!

6 Month Stats-

*Jett wears size 6-12 month or 9-12 month clothes! BIG BOY!

*size 3 diapers

*He is LOVING baby food. He eats lots of fruit and veggies and recently has started liking Mum-Mums

*He is on an all organic diet

*He still mainly nurses but we are giving him a little more formula

*I am pretty sure he is teething. 

*He can sit on his very own! He loves to play with toys while sitting up now!

*His johnny jump up and baby einstein play center are his FAVORITES!

*He loves to be outside and in water

*He has rolled over a few times but the Dr. told us he is "lazy" and content to not move around to much so there is no worry.

*Anything that lights up or makes noises (iPhones and Ipads) are the best thing ever to him! (just like his daddy)

*The cat and dogs are a lot of fun to play with and "love on" by that I mean squeezing until he can't squeeze any tighter..... :O

*His thumb is officially better than a paci. 

*He still sleeps in our room in his pack and play.. I just don't think I'm ready to let him go to his big boy room

*He is a very good traveler! and still enjoys sleeping in the carseat!

*He is finally recognizing his name!

*When you go to give him a kiss and make the "mmm" noise he opens his mouth and grabs your face.. it is so precious.

*He recently has started reaching for things!

*The drooling is OUT. OF. CONTROL. I think I change his outfit 2 or 3 times a day!

*He scoots.. I don't really now how or when it happens but I swear you look down and he is half way across the room!

*He weighs around 18 lbs. and is around 27" long (will update the exacts after the Dr. appt)

That is all I can think of right now! I PROMISE I will update the pictures as soon as I get them on my computer!!

Rolling Over

Yes... Jett finally rolled!!! Of course the only person to see was his aunt Bailey! But we will take it. He rolled on Sunday the 15th and then again today the 17th and I actually got to see it this time!! The only picture I have is an after shot. But it is better than nothing!!

5 months old!

So the day is here.. I have kind of dreaded it.. Not sure why maybe it's because next month is 6 and that just seems Way. To. Old. Little man SERIOUSLY needs to slow down! However this age is so much fun! He plays and can hold his head and chest up to see whats going on. Anywho, on with the stats...

--he can hold his head and chest up and can sit with little support.
--he has found his hands and feet!
-- toys are a must have now a days!
-- he doesn't love his car seat as much, if he is in it an awake. He wants to be out to see what's going on.
-- he is pretty much done with the bouncy seat
-- the swing is a life saver for nap time
-- he LOVES his Johnny jump up and his baby Einstein play thing!
--he loves swimming and being outside
--singing and reading are something he likes to do and will calm him down
--he still isnt crazy about the paci
-- we have started using some bottles
--he is in size 3 diapers
-- he wears 6-9 month clothes! :O
-- he lifts his legs and bottom off Ye ground but can not roll just yet!
-- he loves baby food. So far all he doesn't line is peas.
-- he laughs and smiles a majority of the day! :D
-- he really enjoys his bumbo.

Rice cereal!!

Tonight was a BIG night!! I made some rice cereal.. It's actually disgusting... (I've decided if Jett's going to eat something, I should try it) and we let Jett "eat" it. It was so fun/sad/entertaining haha! He was having a great time at first playing with it in his mouth, hands and pretty my h anywhere he could get it. Then he got really hungry and he couldn't figure out the concept of swallowing it. So I put it away and he nursed. As small and silly as giving rice cereal to a baby is.. It was a huge moment for Matthew and I. We videoed the whole thing and took pictures. Thank goodness Carlos was here to take the pictures because Matthew videoed and I fed Jett. We are SUCH new parents! I can't help it. I feel like I need to document every little milestone!! This is the first of many attempts of trying to eat for
Mr. Jetton! I'm so excited he is growing and we get to teach him new things but it is all going WAY. TO. FAST. Anyways.. On to the way to adorable pictures!!
